What is Copyright?

Copyright is the legal protection provided by the law to prevent unauthorized duplication of photographs without the written consent of the maker.

Copyright licensing is available with many of the packages we offer - ask our staff for details.  As a service to our clients, we at Apple Studios maintain the images of our clients indefinitely, so that when you need additional prints in the future, you may contact us for the quality you deserve.

Because our reputation depends on the superior quality of every photograph we make, all of our photographs are protected by U.S. Copyright Laws (Title 17, Section 501 of the United States Code).  Any attempt whatsoever to scan or reproduce copyrighted photographs, whether privately or by others, is a violation of law, and is subject to civil or criminal penalties or both.
